Richard Foster

Richard J. Foster is an evangelical Quaker who has served as a pastor and as a professor of theology at Friends University, and is best known for his book Celebration of Discipline.

Foster founded Renovaré, which seeks "to set forth a practical strategy for spiritual growth that is for all who follow Christ."

His other books include Prayer: Finding the Heart's True Home, Streams of Living Water, and Freedom of Simplicity.
